We would like to inform you that SC VEGA TURISM SA is a personal data operator according to the ANSPDCP notification no. 11021/03.04.2009 and we comply with the laws in force concerning the confidentiality of the collected data.

VEGA CLUB CARD is a loyalty program designed for the Vega Hotel guests, which aims to offer certain discounts to its members, according to the terms, conditions and limitations specified below. By filling in the form for enrolling in the loyalty program, the requester accepts to receive by e-mail or phone/mail information and special offers from SC Vega Turism SA.

VEGA CLUB CARD is a service offered free of charge, provided by SC Vega Turism SA to loyal guests of the Vega Hotel, from the minimum age of 18 years. In order to benefit from this service the applicant must complete the form on the back page. The personal data provided through the enrollment form must be accurate and complete. In the case where the data provided proves to be inaccurate or incomplete, SC Vega Turism SA reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the customer’s membership to the VEGA CLUB CARD loyalty program.

The loyalty card may only be used by its holder. Lending the card to third parties is forbidden, and the discounts and benefits will not be granted to other people who are not enrolled in the program, even if they hold a loyalty card. If someone else other than the cardholder tries to obtain discounts to the hotel’s facilities, the card may be retained and invalidated by SC Vega Turism SA.

The discounts and benefits that this card offers may not be used in conjunction with other discounts, vacation packages or promotional offers, except in the cases indicated expressly in the hotel’s promotional offers and campaign materials.

All the benefits granted through the VEGA CLUB CARD loyalty program will be provided within the hotel’s limited availability at the time of the request. SC Vega Turism SA does not grant additional discounts or damages in the case where a certain request is not granted due to unavailability.

The holders of the loyalty card may have their VEGA CLUB CARD membership withdrawn if they cause damages to Hotel premises, display inadequate behaviour in the hotel and toward the hotel staff or guests. The members of the loyalty program must inform SC Vega Turism SA by e-mail/fax or by mail if their card is lost or stolen.

In order to enjoy the benefits of the VEGA CLUB CARD loyalty program, the card holder must present the card each time they request the discounts granted through the loyalty program. In order to get price discounts the loyalty program members must present the card before and not after requesting the services for any of the hotel’s facilities. The Vega hotel staff is entitled to confirm the identity of the card holder whenever they deem necessary.

The members of the VEGA CLUB CARD loyalty program may request the termination of membership through an application submitted by e-mail/fax or mail, and it will be resolved within a maximum of 24 hours from receipt.

Companies, firms and groups of people are not eligible to become members of the VEGA CLUB CARD loyalty program. In these cases please contact the sales department at the address [email protected] for a customized offer.

SC Vega Turism SA reserves the right to amend the loyalty program’s conditions without any prior notice. The potential amendments will be posted in real time on the Vega hotel website on this page, dedicated to the VEGA CLUB CARD loyalty program.
