The Vega conference hall has 200 fixed seats arranged in theater style (192 + 8 at the speakers’ table), but this capacity can be extended to 230 seats. Standard equipment: three interpreter’s booths and a sound engineer’s booth, for which a simultaneous interpreting system may be hired, sound system with wired and wireless microphones, projector screen, video projector, flipchart, 2 LCD monitors, computer, Internet access and 5.1 sound system.
